The Community Play Ranger project is committed to providing excellent play opportunities for your children all year round and is growing all the time. Come along and get involved in this rewarding and exciting project. We are currently recruiting volunteers for the following positions;

• Volunteer play/youth work
  Do you have experience of working with children and young people from a variety of backgrounds and age groups? Can you inspire and be creative in outdoor environments?
• Environmental Educationalists
  Are you interested in green issues and the environment? Can you help educate children and young people about the importance of respecting the natural world?
• Sports Instructors
  Do you have experience of engaging children and young people in outdoor physical activity? Can you support children to achieve active, healthy lifestyles and have fun whilst keeping fit?
• Trustees
  Do you have an interest in project development? Would you like to join the committee and have a say about the project and ensure quality play provision.
• Treasurer
  Do you have an interest or background in financial matters? Would you like to join the committee to take a lead on this role?

All volunteers are supported to carry out their role; this involves supervision meetings, professional development opportunities and invitations to staff social events.
